Chef Kate (McAloon) Chef to the "Stars" and beyond, was born with a "mixing spoon" in her mouth and a natural talent for creating food with amazing flavors. When asked what her specialty is she loves to say "FLAVOR!"

She took her talents a step further and went to cooking school in France at the Moulin De Mougins Restaurant on the French Riviera and worked in their kitchen. She is also trained in Vegetarian, Vegan and "Special Diets". Kate uses Organic foods when ever possible, enjoys finding the freshest ingredients at Farmers Markets { photos } and uses "Super Foods" and Medicinal Herbs in her dishes in order to create healthy food that nourishes your body and soul and keeps your waist line slim.

Her love of cooking and travel have inspired her dishes with recipes from around the world that bring joy to all who have a chance to try them. Much of her inspiration comes from one of her favorite places in the world, the French Riviera { photos } , where she lived and went to cooking school in Mougin, France.

Kate has also lived in Knightsbridge, London, St. Martin and Marbella (Puerto Banus), Spain where she had an "Up Market" Night Club, Spirit of Ecstacy, in the 80s. check out some of Kate's favorite Restaurants, Hotels, shops and more in Kate's Favorite Picks. Her personal clients love her food because they know it is healthy for them and very delicious and satisfying. Kate is working on a Cookbook to be called "CELEBRATE LIFE... with GOOD FOOD, GOOD FRIENDS, GOOD HEALTH" that will include some of her client favorites; Coconut "Blonde" Brownies that Gwyneth just loves and a Chocolate Marshmallow Brownie that, Trainer Tracy Andersen adores. David Arquette can't get enough of her Spicy Black Bean Soup with Marinated Jalapenos and Toasted Cumin Seeds and one of Courteney's favorites is her Provencal Garlic and Shallot Chicken. It's so tender it melts in your mouth! Megan and Nick really like the Mexican twist of Kate's Fajitas, Burritos and Quesadillas that are filled with healthy "hidden" vegetables making them tasty and good for you at the same time.

The "hidden" veggies and herbs in Kate's food is what helps to make them so good for you and delicious! Kate believes in making dishes taste great and fills them with ingredients that help us to feel good and healthy... "When your food is very tasty and deeply satisfying you just naturally eat less and feel better." Kate's philosophy is eat small portions... with healthy ingredients packed with flavor and nutrition.
